Where do you ship your spirits?

We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. However, due to local alcohol legislation, we are unable to ship to certain countries and specific US states. Please check our shipping page for the full list of restricted territories.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For UK mainland orders, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7 to 14 working days, depending on customs clearance procedures.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our distillery on Islay, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's journey.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

In the unlikely event that your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Are your whiskies chill-filtered?

No, at Bruichladdich we believe in preserving the natural oils and flavors of our spirit. All our whiskies are non-chill filtered and coloring-free to ensure the highest product quality and authenticity.
