We take great pride in the quality of our spirits and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Email our distillery team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate your return request.

    Secure Packaging

    Ensure the bottle is unopened and safely packed in its original transit packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Item

    Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at a certified courier location for tracked delivery back to the Islay distillery.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
